- The United States Fish and Wildlife Service will be soliciting a project to construct an office/Maintenance facility. The contractor shall supply all materials, labor, supplies, equipment, benchmark elevations, and any other incidentals to perform all operations required to complete the work in conformance with the statement of work, drawings, specifications, and all current codes. The facility will be located at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge at 12295 State Hwy 180, Gulf Shores, Alabama 36542
