- **Amendment 001 is hereby issued to extend the response date to Thursday, February 20th, 2025 by 5:30pm MST and extend the date to request a site visit to Tuesday, Februrary 18th, 2025. Thank you!** The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for Ponderosa Pine Tree and Cedar tree branch removal from the Albuquerque Indian Health Center located in Albuquerque, NM. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. For details, please refer to attached document titled �RFQ No. 75H70725Q00030� and all attachments. Please be sure to thoroughly review all documents. Per FAR 15.201 - Exchanges with Industry, before receipt of proposals, please include �RFQ No. 75H70725Q00030� in the subject line when requesting information regarding the solicitation via e-mail only to Shandiin.DeWolfe@ihs.gov. Please submit questions or site visit requests no later than 5:30 pm MST on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025.
