Description

The FDIC requires a comprehensive cloud-based investment management system to replace the current system which is called Portfolio Reporting, Trading, and Investment Analysis sytem (PORTIA). The new requirement, referred to as the ""Portfolio Investment Management System"" (PIMS) will provide the FDIC with capabilities to effectiviely manage cash, investments, and related business processes. See attachments for more information. Update 2/14/2025: Amendment 4 has been issued and attached to this solicitation. The purpose of the amendment is to update the solicitation, provide questions and answers and extend the RFP due date to March 6, 2025. The previous solicitation and price schedule has been replaced with the updated solicitation and price schedule spreadsheet for this ""Contract Opportunity."" Question period is open until 11 a.m. Friday, February 21, 2025. Please review the entire amendment and updated solicitation before submitting questions.
